Police Report: More than $1,000 Goes Missing from Gas Station Safe

Shorewood BP is out $1,134 after the cash went missing from the gas station's safe. Police say store employee’s realized the money wasn’t in the safe Friday morning upon an armored truck arriving to pick it up. Clerks closing the station at 1513 E. Capitol Dr. on Thursday night were to place that day's money into the safe. Police are investigating the incident. In other police news:
