Woman Accused of Stabbing Boyfriend During Argument

Police say the victim didn't report his girlfriend was responsible for the stabbing because he wasn't sure if he wanted her to get in trouble.

A 24-year-old Shorewood woman is accused of stabbing her boyfriend with a pair of kitchen shears during an argument inside their apartment. Ashley J. Marie Wick was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Friday with one count of second-degree reckless endangerment and one count of aggravated battery. If convicted, she faces up to eight years in prison and $35,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: On Dec. 31, Wick walked into Walgreens and told employees her boyfriend had been stabbed. Rescue workers were called to the store and found the victim with blood coming down his leg and stab wounds to his torso. He was taken to Froedtert Hospital to be treated for his wounds. Milwaukee Man Needs Surgery after Late Night Stabbing

Emergency personnel arrived at a Shorewood apartment building to find pool of blood leading to the victim.

A 24-year-old Milwaukee man needed surgery after his best friend, a 23-year-old Shorewood man, stabbed him several times early Tuesday, police say. Shorewood police say they aren’t sure what sparked the argument between the two men, which resulted in numerous severe cuts to the victim’s hands, torso and waist. Police said, however, alcohol was a factor. The North Shore Fire Department was initially called to an apartment in the 1400 block of East Capitol Drive at 12:21 a.m after receiving a report of a fire extinguisher being discharged. Fire personnel arrived to find a trail of blood leading down to a basement, where they found the Milwaukee man severely wounded. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment. Report: Arrest Made in Stabbing of Bayside Bicyclist

50-year-old homeless man in custody in connection with incident on Milwaukee's east side.

A 50-year-old homeless man has been arrested for allegedly stabbing and robbing an 18-year-old Bayside man on an east side bike trail, the Journal Sentinel is reporting. The incident happened on a bike path near the 2100 block of North Oakland Avenue on Monday morning, when the suspect asked if he could use the bicyclist's cell phone. The victim gave the suspect his phone, and the suspect ran off. The victim grabbed the suspect and while they struggled for the phone, the suspect took out a knife and stabbed the victim in the in the stomach. The man's injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

Bayside Man Robbed, Stabbed on Bike Trail

18-year-old was attacked on Milwaukee's east side.

An 18-year-old Bayside man was stabbed while riding his bicycle on the path in the 2100 block of North Oakland Avenue at 7:30 a.m. Monday, Milwaukee police said. According to police: The man was riding his bike when he was approached by another man who asked if he could use the rider's cell phone. The victim gave the suspect his phone, and the suspect ran off. The victim grabbed the suspect and while they struggled for the phone, the suspect took out a knife and stabbed the victim in the in the stomach. The suspect got away with some of the victim's property and is still at large. While the man's injuries are not believed to be life-threatening, he is being held at a local hospital for observation.
