A former Whitefish Bay barber that is in prison for check-kiting duped his Whitefish Bay business partner and dozens of other business partners over the years out of their entire life savings, according to a Fox 6 investigation. Fox 6's in-depth investigation into David Foley's criminal background aired Thursday night. The video features one-on-one interviews with some of Foley's business partners turned victims, including Rick Bystra of Sport 'n Cuts. Bystra is now trying to rebuild the business under a new name, Cutters. Foley, 49, of Shorewood, was charged in November with six federal child pornography charges.
