The cost of stamps is going up again later this month. Effective Jan. 27, stamps for first-class letters will go up a penny to 46 cents. Postcards also will see a one-cent increase, to 33 cents. In addition, the U.S. Postal Service is rolling out a new "Global Forever Stamp," which allows customers to mail letters internationally for one set price of $1.10. OK not that much, but it receives by far the most volume of mail. And to get to it, people drive on the wrong side of the road. They risk a ticket every time, but if you are driving on the correct side of the road you generally risk getting hit by someone swerving to get at it the wrong way.
