The mother-daughter team Mary and Liz LeBlanc runs the small but unique Shorewood clothing store.
While driving on East Capitol Drive in Shorewood, you may pass SHOP. It's a small women's clothing store, but don't let that fool you — what it lacks in size it makes up for in shopping experience. SHOP opened up shop in October 2007, founded by mother and daughter Mary and Liz LeBlanc. The family duo has lived in Shorewood for 25 years. Liz LeBlanc, the daughter, has worked in retail most of her professional life. After she received her MBA at the University of Chicago, she realized opening and running a business was a real possibility.
