Einstein's Bagels will stay open two hours later than usual Thursday night for a fundraiser benefiting the Shorewood Best Buddies Club.
Einstein's will serve a special menu from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. for a fundraiser in which all proceeds will be donated to SHS Best Buddies. The student organization, which pairs students with and without disabilities, is raising money to travel to Hawaii during spring break from March 31 through April 4.
