Shorewood High Relay Team Takes Second

The Shorewood High School boys relay team won the silver medal in the 400-meter relay Saturday at the WIAA State Track and Field meet at the Veterans Memorial Sports complex in La Crosse. 

Juniors Taylor Dennis and Michael Fazio, along with seniors Alec Grimmer and Taylor Dennis won a relay team medal. They also notched eight big points for the Shorewood team point total. Going into the final running events of the afternoon Saturday, Shorewood was in second place in the WIAA Division II team standings.
