More than 1,000 packed the village for the Shorewood Criterium Cycling Classic Thursday.

Men, womem cyclists competed in a 1.4 mile track throughout Shorewood's business district and residental area, as part of the first leg of the Pro-Am Cycling Series known as the Tour of America’s Dairyland (ToAD).

Cyclist Kristen Lasasso with team Mellow Mushroom won the women's race and Issac Howe with team Kenda/5hr Energy/Geargrinder won the Men's race.
