Ribs are packed and on their way after the Guy Johnson wins a bet with Illinois counterpart on the Packers-Bears game.

Of course, the Packers won, and sent the Bears and the village president of Shorewood, IL, packing Sunday — packing up some Portillo’s ribs, that is.
Last week, Village President Guy Johnson accepted a with Rick Chapman, who is head honcho in the Shorewood south of the border.

Barbecue ribs and high-quality Wisconsin cheese were at stake.
While we can express sadness that the other Shorewood won’t have the pleasure of enjoying some high-quality Wisconsin cheese, this will be the first time Johnson will bit into Portillo's ribs.

Johnson has received a confirmation email from Chapman.
"Stay on the look-out for the ribs, they are coming to the Village Hall. I know you will enjoy them," Chapman said in a email.
