Both School Board President Rob Reinhoffer and Vice President Colin Plese told Patch they plan to seek re-election to the School Board.

A seat vacated by Michael Mishlove and later filled by Paru Shah — appointed by the board — will also be on the ballot. The candidate who finishes third in the election will fill Shah's new seat and continue to complete the seat's term, which ends in April 2014. At that point, that board member’s seat will once again be up for re-election for a three-year term.
