Want to Attend Shorewood Schools? Open Enrollment Starts Feb. 4

This year, the district has opened three open enrollment seats: one seat in sixth grade and two seats in second grade.

Wisconsin's three-month open enrollment application period begins Feb. 4 — allowing families not living in the village the opportunity to send their child to Shorewood schools, free of tuition. 

This year, the district has opened three open enrollment seats: one seat in sixth grade and two seats in second grade. 

The window for application closes on April 30 at 4 p.m. Officials say any applications received past that date will not be processed.

Online applications are available here and paper copies may be obtained from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction or any public school district, including Shorewood.

Districts will notify parents by June 7 whether their applications have been approved or denied.
