The Who, What, Where on This Year's High School Graduation

Shorewood High School's graduation ceremony Thursday is by ticket only.

’s graduation ceremony is slated for 8 p.m. Thursday at the high school auditorium, 1701 E. Capitol Dr.

The event is by ticket-only graduation organizer and Shorewood teacher Sue Fox said. Students are given five tickets to provide to family and friends, but may obtain more if needed.

She said the most important thing parents should know before graduation is if you want to see your child walk into the auditorium during the precession, they must be in their seat 15 minutes prior to the start of the cermony.

Shorewood Superintendent Blane McCann, high school Principal Matthew Joynt and senior class president Basha Harris are among Thursday night's speakers. Several high school students will perform including a flute solo and cello duet.
