Shorewood Homecoming Festivities Start Friday

The Shorewood/Messmer football team will host Southeast Wisconsin Christian Homeschool Athletics Saints in its homecoming game.

Shorewood High School’s homecoming is just a few days away, with a full slate of activities planned.

The annual homecoming parade is set for 5 p.m. Friday and starts in the high school parking lot. Students and alumni will march down East Shorewood Boulevard to North Maryland Avenue, down to East Lake Bluff Boulevard and back to North Morris Boulevard where they will eventually end at the rear drive to the football field.

The homecoming football game will follow at 7 p.m. when the Shorewood/Messmer combined team hosts the Southeast Wisconsin Christian Homeschool Athletics Saints. Tickets are $4.

A jungle boogie-themed homecoming dance will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday at the high school.
