Mishlove Resigns from Shorewood School Board

The board member told his colleagues Saturday morning he would be stepping down effective immediately, but declined to comment on why.

After more than six years on the Shorewood School Board, Michael Mishlove informed his board colleagues and district officials Saturday morning he would be resigning.

Mishlove declined to comment on why he decided to leave the board when contacted by Patch.

His current three-year term on the board doesn't expire until April 2014. His resignation is effective immediately.
