Village Seeking Volunteers to Fill Open Committee, Board Seats

Officials are asking residents to get involved and join village government on one of Shorewood's committees or boards.

Looking for an opportunity to give back?

Village officials are seeking applicants to fill seats on several committees and boards including the Library Board, Parks Commission, Police Commission, Public Art Committee and Board of Review.

If interested, submit your application to the Village Manager's Office no later than Monday, April 29.  Applications will be reviewed and appointments set for interviews. You may obtain the application here or contact the Village Clerk's office at 847-2608. 

Applications are kept on file for two years. You may also review the list of boards, committees and commissions and submit applications for any selection that is not listed above. Your application may be considered during the year if a vacancy occurs.
