Grassroots Northshore to Host Shorewood Forum on Voter ID Law

State Sen. Chris Larson (D-Milwaukee) is a panelist at a Shorewood forum Sunday focusing on the recently enacted Voter Identification law.

Liberal group Grassroots Northshore will host the forum at , 4048 N. Bartlett Ave., starting at 7 p.m. including panelists from the state Government Accountability Board, the agency that oversees elections, the Milwaukee chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union, Milwaukee County League of Women Voters and Larson.

The panel will by moderated by Jack Murtaugh with 4th Street Forum, a nonpartisan program, aimed at promoting public discussion of political and social issues that are of concern to the community. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
