On Feb. 19, a woman exited a bus near the intersection of North Downer Avenue and East Bradford Street in Milwaukee, when she fell down. Hallom ran over and asked her if she was injured; she replied that she wasn't. She gathered herself and began walking. Hallom followed asking her repeatedly if her boyfriend was home, and if she lived with anyone.

Hallom then told the victim, “I’m coming home with you right now,” and told her he had a loaded firearm. The two ended up in an alleyway, where the woman handed over her wallet containing a debit card and phone, which had a cracked screen. She screamed and Hallom fled with the card and phone.

Then, on Feb. 22, Shorewood police arrested Hallom after he opened the door to a home in the 1600 block of East Menlo Boulevard, but was confronted by the resident at the entrance. During a search of Hallom following his arrest, police say they found the armed robbery victim’s debit card and a phone that fit the description of the stolen item on his person.

He was cited for criminal trespassing in connection with the Shorewood incident.

Hallom is currently in the custody at the Milwaukee County Correctional Facility and due back in court on the Milwaukee charges on April 10.
