Police Report: Synthetic Pot Found on Milwaukee Man Results in Arrest

A roundup of the latest from the Shorewood police records.

A 24-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested Tuesday for possession of synthetic marijuana, also known as K2.

Police stopped the man for riding his bicycle on the sidewalk with no headlamp, at about 12:32 a.m. in the 4500 block of North Wilson Drive.

Police searched the man and found the K2, and a search through police database revealed the man was on parole.

He was transported to Milwaukee County Jail.

  • Twenty-three dollars worth of beer was reported stolen from an unlocked car parked in the 3900 block of North Prospect Avenue sometime overnight on Monday. The license plate and a set of keys were also taken from the car.
  • Two tires on the driver’s side of a car were reported slashed on Wednesday, causing $150 worth of damage.
  • A man called police Thursday to report his handicap-parking hanger stolen from his car sometime between 9 p.m. on Monday and 12 p.m. on Tuesday. However, police say there was no signs of forced entry to the car.
