Police Report: Shorewood Teens Ticketed for Shooting Car with BB Gun

A roundup of the latest from the Shorewood police reports.

A 15-year-old boy and 14-year-old boy, both from Shorewood, were cited for disorderly conduct Friday after police say they fired an Airsoft BB gun in the 4100 block of North Larkin Street and struck a passing car around 1:15 p.m.

Police say the BB gun didn’t cause any damage to the car.

  • A woman pumped about 12 gallons of gas at a Shorewood BP gas station, 1513 E. Capitol Dr., on Sunday and drove off without paying. The incident occurred around 7:45 p.m.
  • An unlocked Free Spirit road bicycle, valued at $200, was reported stolen from Shorewood High School, 1701 E. Capitol Dr., Monday afternoon.
