Police Report: Man Can't Wait to Dig Into Pick 'n Save Hot Wings

A roundup of the latest from the Shorewood police log.

A 56-year-old Milwaukee man just couldn’t wait to dig into his hot wings Friday at Pick ‘n Save.

According to the police report, the man ordered wings from the hot deli case at the local grocer at 4145 N. Oakland Ave., and started eating them in the store.

Employees advised him he would need to pay for the wings and eat them outside the store. He proceeded to walk out of the store, without paying. Store employees phoned police and the man was later cited for retail theft.
