The man was pulled over at 1:16 a.m. in the 3400 block of North Oakland Avenue for speeding, where police say he appeared disoriented.

He failed a subsequent sobriety test and elected to have a blood test instead of a breathalyzer. Police are waiting on the results of the test to determine the man’s blood alcohol concentration.
