Two Oshkosh people were arrested over the weekend with 37 bottles of stolen liquor stashed in their car, which they told Shorewood police they planned to sell for bail money for a jailed friend.

According to a police report, the suspects, a 40-year-old man and 37-year-old woman, were caught trying to leave Pick ‘n Save, 4145 N. Oakland Ave., on Saturday with several more bottles of alcohol valued at $296.
