3 Men Beat UWM Student, Grab Cash in Robbery Near the Campus Monday Night

UWM police say three suspects approached the victim around 9 p.m. near the campus, punched him several times and took an undetermined amount of cash from him.

Three men beat a University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee student and took his money during a strong-armed robbery near the campus Monday night.Β 

The robbery occurred when the three suspects approached the student on a sidewalk in the 3200 block of North Cramer Street at 9 p.m., punched him several times and took an undetermined amount of cash from him, according to UWM police.Β 

Three suspects fled on foot south on Cramer Street. The suspects are described as:

  • Black male, 18 to 20 years old, 6'2", wearing a baseball cap;
  • black male, 18 to 20 years old, 6'2", wearing a baseball cap;
  • black male, 18 to 20 years old, 6'4" wearing an unknown color hoodie.
