Traffic is back to a steady flow in I-43 after two rollover accidents closed the southbound on-ramp at West County Line Road and clogged the freeway.Β

At about 12:18 p.m., North Shore Fire/Rescue said it was responding to the report of the injured highway worker on the northbound lane of I-43 at County Line Rd., when at approximately 12:35 p.m. the department called for additional units to aid in another rollover in the southbound lane.

Traffic was slow and backed up as NSFD crews tended to the accidents. Northbound traffic could be seen backed up to West Brown Deer Road, on Wisconsin DOT traffic cams.Β
