$2,500 in Damage Caused during Burglary on Mandel Group Construction Site
Police say the site of Shorewood's soon-to-be Walgreens store was entered, and windows and radios damaged.
Police say they are unsure how entry was gained to the construction site of the new Walgreens in Shorewood during a burglary sometime overnight on Wednesday.
About $2,500 in damage was caused to two windows and four radios in the soon-to-be home of the retailer. Police say there were no signs of forced entry.
There were no reports of stolen property from the site.

Walgreens is moving across the street from its current location at 4081 N. Oakland Ave. into the new LightHorse 4041 or Mandel Group development this spring.
