The retired United States Navy captain and former resident of Shorewood passed away Saturday at the age of 83.

Chong Sum Fong passed away Saturday at the age of 83.

Fong was a retired United States Navy captain and former resident of Shorewood.

Beloved husband of Dr. Mary Quinn. Loving father of Patrick Fong and Stephen Fong. Further survived by other relatives and good friends.

Services are pending. Interment to take place at the Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spooner, WI.
