The Largest Table Tennis Club in the State is Right in Your Backyard

Do you love table tennis? Well, so do we. We're the Shorewood Table Tennis Club. Learn more about what we offer.

Most people will drive by the Shorewood Intermediate School, see the tennis courts and the building and say that is a nice school or a nice place to play tennis.

What most people don't know is that on Wednesday and Friday nights, the school becomes the largest active table tennis club in the state of Wisconsin.

You probably are asking what, is that true? Very much so.

The Shorewood Table Tennis Club has been around for 6-plus years and has hosted tournaments, leagues, coaching, youth coaching and open play for EVERYONE. The reason EVERYONE is emphasized is that we are open to all players whether you are a basement recreational player or a high-level, nationally rated player, a new player to the game, or somewhere in between.

The club has over 100 plus members and at least five to 10 walk-in players a night.

So for those of you who are getting tired of beating the same players in your basement, it is time to move up and take your game to another level. I  personally would love to play against you. If you want, you can also bring your whole family. We would love to introduce your kids to the sport and we have a professional coach to help build their skills to the next level and believe me they learn fast.

To walk-in and play it is $3 for Shorewood residents and $5 for non-Shorewood residents.

It is a lot of fun, (trust me on this)!

For the first time the Shorewood Table Tennis club will be hosting Monday night leagues for nine weeks. The leagues have two levels recreational and competitive.

There is $750 of prize money including prize money for the recreational league. The cost for the league is $40 for non-members and $30 for members.

You can get more information on our leagues page at www.shorewoodttc.org/leagues.
