Shorewood Memorial Day Celebration

On Sunday, May 29th, the Shorewood Men's Club and the North Shore American Legion Post #331 will be hosting a Memorial Day Celebration at Atwater Park to pay tribute to all Veterans who have served our country.  The event begins at 4:00 p.m. and features Mark Concannon as the Master of Ceremonies, several dignitaries, an All-Service Color Guard, the Shorewood High School Band, bagpipers, a 21-gun Salute, and Taps.  The event takes place rain or shine and guests should bring their own lawn chairs. Immediately following the program, there is a cook-out at the North Shore American Legion Post #331, located at 4121 N. Wilson Drive.
