Tonight's 'Glee' Has Suburban Milwaukee Connection

Fox's hit TV show will feature Nick Young, who spent years training at his mother's dance academy in Oak Creek and previously appeared on 'So You Think You Can Dance.'

Nick Young, who spent years dancing at his mother's Young Dance Academy in Oak Creek, south of Milwaukee, is taking his talents to Glee tonight.

Fox's hit show airs locally at 8 p.m. on channel 6 (WITI-TV). Young has been dropping hints about his appearance on his Twitter feed.

By the hashtags Young used, he might be stepping out with the Warblers, the New Directions rivals from all-boys school Dalton Academy. The Warblers have just stolen the New Directions' nationals trophy — and star performers, as Blaine appears poised to return to Dalton for his senior year.

It's far from the first time on national television for Young — he was a contestant on So You Think You Can Dance, another Fox show, in 2011.

Young is a Franklin native who graduated from Greendale's Martin Luther High School in 2010.

Young Dance Academy, 181 W. Marquette Ave., opened in 1983 and has provided a variety of dance classes for young and adult dancers.
