Patch new format sucks

I haven't blogged on Patch recently, and I seldomly bother trying to read it.

J C Penney's hired a guy Johnson from Apple where he was the Wiz Kid at selling I Phones ............

Somehow the Penney's board thought that skill would translate to selling women's clothing and sundry that Penney's carries.

He is gone (well overstayed his welcome) and Penney;s is fighting for its life to exist, its stock down some 60% !!!

Did Patch hire Johnson --- this new format certainly looks like the work of someone who totally misunderstands what attracts readers and participants online.

Mark Twain's obituary was a bit premature --- but it probably isn't too soon to start writing the one for Patch.
