Community Update

I brought in a black and white dress that came back with the white part having the black bled into it. The dress is ruined. Not only did the owner of the business refuse to admit fault, she didn't offer to refund the cost to 'clean' the dress, which was $17.50 plus tax. She told me it was manufacturer's fault. I've had the dress cleaned before by other cleaners and the dress has never bled. I loved that dress and now will make sure to never return to Capitol Cleaners or recommend them to anybody.
