$20K for the Crafty Growler guy.

This is the gentleman who didn't force longtime village fixture, Joe's North Shore Barber Shop, out of his place of business in order to make way for a much needed craft-beer-by-the-growler dispensary.  I was under the impression he wasn't going to be hitting up the local public trough for funding, but apparently that's not the case (either)....

He owns the building in which he'll be opening the business - one that houses other tenants who aren't involuntarily retiring - and also operates a photography business.  Yet his main sources of funding for this venture are a crowd-sourcing campaign, a "grass-roots" business start-up funding organization and, now, the Village of Shorewood.  Since he's an established businessman who, one could logically assume, has a bank with which he keeps his business accounts, it would seem he should be able to obtain a loan via that channel if this is a viable business venture...
