When Will Shorewood Wine Bar, Restaurant Thirst & Vine Reopen?
Owners Anne and John Nehring have closed their wine bar for renovations, and with them focusing on opening a new wood-fired pizza shop in the Milwaukee Public Market, there's no timeframe for a reopen.
Shorewood's Thirst & Vine is closed temporarily for renovations evident from a sign taped to the door. There's no timeline on the reopening of the popular North Oakland Avenue wine bar and restaurant.
Owners Anne and John Nehring, who also own Sendik's in Shorewood, told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's Carol Deptolla there's no timeframe for reopening the wine bar and restaurant at 4330 N. Oakland Ave., with them focusing on getting their new wood-fired pizza shop in the Milwaukee Public Market up and running.
