Royal Birth Is Cause For Celebration At Three Lions Pub

With the news that Prince William and Kate Middleton gave birth to a baby boy Monday afternoon, the folks at Three Lions Pub decided to open their doors early to celebrate.

The staff - most from England - and their loyal customers got together to watch the news coverage on the projector screen while attempting to guess the name of the baby.Β They guessed on both boys names and girls names, seeing as how nobody knew the gender of the baby until this afternoon.

Although a name won't likely be announced for some time, the folks at Three Lions have a couple solid names for the royal couple to take into consideration, including George, Richard and Charles.

Born in England, bartender William Spurway said it was a historic moment to hear about the birth of a future British leader.

"The royal family has been going on for generations and generations," he said. "It's nice to see who our kids are going to grow up with and who's going to be our future leader."
