Workers are getting ready to install balconies on the Mandel Group's LightHorse luxury apartments at 4041 N. Oakland Avenue.
Crews told Patch Tuesday morning that the balconies will be installed starting Wednesday, and that workers are on track to finish construction in mid-November.
The apartments already are 50 percent pre-leased, according to the Business Journal.
