Free Chicken Wings Tuesday at Wingstop

Pick up your five free wings between 10 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at the new Wingstop opening up in Glendale.

Calling all wing fans! Wingstop is celebrating the grand opening of its first location in Glendale with a special “Take Five” event that offers five free wings to guests from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Wingstop, the national chicken wing chain with more than 540 locations, recently opened its second Milwaukee-area restaurant at 5326 North Port Washington Road in Glendale.

“Since opening our doors, we’ve enjoyed getting to know Glendale,” said Kurt Hodermann who operates the location. “With football playoffs and basketball season kicking off, this is the perfect time to introduce Wingstop to more fans in the area and invite the entire community to experience why we are the wing experts.”

The “Take Five” event offers guests their choice of five classic or boneless wings, sauced and tossed in any one of Wingstop’s signature flavors, including fan favorites Original Hot, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan and Hickory Smoked BBQ. The offer is available from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., no purchase necessary while supplies last.

With a sole focus on made-to-order chicken, the Wingstop menu features classic and boneless wings and Glider sandwiches, all sauced and tossed in 10 proprietary flavors. Side dishes include seasoned fries, cut fresh daily from Idaho potatoes, baked beans, potato salad and house made ranch and bleu cheese dips.

Wingstop of Glendale is open daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Carryout orders can be placed by calling 414-763-9818.

Did someone say "free"? Patch might want to have someone over there just to cover the madcap hijinks as senior citizens do battle with non-english speakers and HS kids for a spot at the counter.
