Enjoy a day in Shorewood and SHOP LOCAL this holiday season

We invited our friends from Invivo to help us relax and restore with yoga and massage!

10-1pm –SANTA!

11-1pm – Kids Crafts (FREE!)
Kids and adults can make a garden inspired holiday ornament.

12-1pm – Restorative Yoga with Biz Casmer PYT/RYT
Leave behind the distractions and stresses of your week and the holidays and devote some much-needed time to restoring your own sense of well-being. This 60 minute meditative practice will focus on the restorative and renewing nature of yoga. Students will stay in supported poses for longer periods of time, allowing gravity to gently stretch and open the body without the effort of “doing.” If available to you, please bring your own mat, blocks, strap and blanket/pillow. Some props will be made available but are limited.  *All levels welcome.

12-3pm hand/foot massage with Karen CMT

1:30-2:15pm - Kids Yoga (ages 6-10) with Rebecca Schuster, RYT
This 45 minute co-ed yoga class is a safe, fun, energetic yet calming way to ease your child into the weekend and the holidays. The kids will enjoy a themed class filled with partner games, playful yoga poses, and relaxation. Creativity and use of the imagination are encouraged and fostered. *All levels welcome.
