Shorewood's Anaba Tea Room will host this year's League of Milwaukee Artists League Fall Members Show: "Painting...Music to My Soul."

A reception will be held Sept. 6 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the tea room, 2107 E. Capitol Dr. Bayview guitarist John Stano will provide live music.

Inspired by a song title or a piece of music, the subject matter and media of these two-dimensional works is widely varied, as is the artist's interpretation of their chosen tune. The show will be judged by well-known Wisconsin artist Frank Hoeffler, and awards will be given to some of the best works from this established group of artists.
