The district was recognized as the the 32nd best workplace among midsized companies (150-449 employees) in the Milwaukee area, by the newspaper.

In order to rank area workplaces, the Journal Sentinel partnered with WorkplaceDynamics, a Philadelphia company that surveys businesses and then analyzes the data. The process began last fall, when the public was invited to nominate a company for consideration in the process.
