Patch Offering Free Brats at Run the Bay Saturday
The Whitefish Bay Public Education Foundation is hosting the 5k run/walk and kid fun run to benefit Whitefish Bay schools. Afterward, Patch will serve a picnic lunch and games, and Duke Pride will host a rummage sale.
Patch is pitching in for the sixth annual Run the Bay 5k run/walk Saturday atΒ .
Hosted by the Whitefish Bay Public Education Foundation, the 5k run/walk starts at 8:30 a.m., and the kid run follows at 9:15 a.m. on the high school track. Click here for the 5k course map. Register online until May 17th, or make a donation online. You can also sign up to volunteer at the event. Proceeds benefit Whitefish Bay schools through the Whitefish Bay Public Education Foundation.
Whitefish Bay, Fox Point-Bayside, Shorewood and Port Washington-Saukville Patch will be providing a free picnic lunch of hot dogs, brats and lemonade to registrants and volunteers, and will be hosting a variety of games for the kids.

After the race, Duke Pride will also be hosting a with gently-used athletic equipment from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the high school field house. Proceeds benefit Duke Pride and Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee.
The will also be providing post-race massages, kid dance and kid yoga.
