Patch for Patriots Drive Ends Sunday

Help Patch and Stone Creek Coffee by donating an item to American soldiers stationed overseas.

Time is running out to get your donation into our Patch for Patriots drive.

Patch and have teamed up in support American soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, but need your help.

And, doing your part involves a free latte.

Just find an item from this list, like a tube of toothpaste, calling card or football, head to Stone Creek Coffee in , 4106 N. Oakland Ave., or , 601 E. Silver Spring Dr., and hand it to the baristas. They'll brew you up a Stone Creek latte...for free. And we'll send your donation to a soldier stationed in Afghanistan.

Make sure to get your donation to our "Patch for Patriots" drive in by Sunday, when our effort ends.

Patch columnist Sara Conrad is involved with an organization called Adopt A US Soldier. Since mid-April, , who manages more than 1,000 troops.
