The North Shore Health Department wants you to lend your voice to its community health improvement process.
The health department is currently working on a community health improvement plan for the seven North Shore communities. To develop the plan, the health department is taking a close look at available health data and interacting with residents to determine what the perceived health needs are within our communities.
The North Shore Health Department encourages all residents to attend one of these three sessions to voice concerns and learn more about the community health improvement process:
- Thursday, September 12, at 6:30 p.m., at the Shorewood Village Center
- Thursday, September 19, at 6:30 p.m., at the Brown Deer Public Library
- Saturday, September 21, at 10:30 a.m., at the North Shore Library in Glendale.
Additionally, the health department is doing a community health survey, which can be accessed on Survey Monkey.
