Anaba Tea Room is pleased to host the League of Milwaukee Artist’s Fall Members Show:“Painting…Music to My Soul.” Inspired by a song title or a piece of music, the subject matter and media of these two dimensional works is widely varied, as is the artist’s interpretation of their chosen tune. The show will be judged by well-known Wisconsin artist Frank Hoeffler, and awards will be given to some of the best works from this established group of artists. http://www.frankhoeffler.com
For nearly 70 years, the League of Milwaukee Artists has championed artistic creativity and actively contributed to our community. The League represents 130+ area artists creating two dimensional works in all types of media, a group dedicated to the promotion of visual creation, personal artistic growth and the expansion of the arts in our state, region and community. More About Anaba Tea Room
Anaba Tea Room, on Capitol Drive, east of Oakland Avenue, in an impressive two-story building. The basement floor of the building is the main dining room and restrooms, the ground level consists of a garden room with home and garden items for sale, and the top floor is a rooftop greenhouse and garden with seating in suitable weather. Anaba offers tea in-house, or for home use, has a multitude of entrees, and serves an excellent brunch on Sundays. This elegant restaurant and garden room is an excellent mix of eastern and western cultures, culminating in a fine dining and shopping experience.
