Free and Open to the Public! Waxwing of Shorewood celebrates its one-of-a-kind creations by many local artists.
Nov 14: The Waxwing just won New Retailer of the Year 2012 from the Shepherd Express Best of Milwaukee Competition! Congratulations!
Come check out the new work (crafts, jewelry, wearable art, fine craft and fine art) in the holiday show on Friday from 6-9pm, and enjoy refreshment and wonderful music by the Thriftones! http://www.thriftones.com/.

More About The Waxwing
The Waxwing is a gift and art shop featuring the work of more than 80 local artists and craftspeople, helping to both boost these artists' popularity and create an arts community in the greater Milwaukee area. Many of the items are made out of recycled and reclaimed materials. Items include jewelry, candles, stationery, ceramics and original art pieces and prints. The Waxwing also hosts various DIY workshops headed by local artists of different disciplines that allow customers to learn and create.
