Yo Mama Frozen Yogurt Opening in Shorewood This Month
Shorewood will join the frozen yogurt craze in the Milwaukee area when the final retail piece of the new Ravenna development opens.

The final retail piece of the Ravenna development, Yo Mama frozen yogurt, is slated to open Feb. 28 on North Oakland Avenue.
Co-owner Becky Berger told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel the Shorewood frozen yogurt shop at 4525 N. Oakland Ave. will offer six self-serve frozen yogurts. With Alterra across the street, Yo Mama won't serve bakery but will stock packaged treats for sale.
Additionally, the shop will have an outdoor drinking fountain for dogs, which will fill when a button is pushed and drain shortly after to ensure a fresh drink for the next dog.
It will join Indulgence Chocolatiers, Elements East and Performance Running Outfitters in the Ravenna and mark the chain's third shop in the Milwaukee area.
