Shorewood PD Welcomes New Officer
Ashley Rieder is the latest officer to join the Shorewood police force, after being sworn-in Feb. 19.
Ashley Rieder is the latest officer to join the Shorewood police force, after being sworn-in Feb. 19.
Rieder has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a graduate of Milwaukee Area Technical College's police recruit school, according to the Village Manager's weekly memo. She is currently in her 14-week field-training program.
Police Chief David Banaszynski swore in Rieder during a Village Board meeting, with her family present.
