Harpos in Whitefish Bay is the best hair salon hands down. They do amazing cuts, colors and styles. It is a fun place to go to.

Zen Salon is the best I've been to in years. We're so lucky to have it here in Shorewood. Elif is very talented with color and cuts. I am so happy every time I get my hair done, and always receive compliments on the quality. Love the ambiance also; lovely decor, very soothing and classy. Can always relax in Elif's chair, knowing she will give me exactly what I want.

Zen Salon and Elif are amazing, and by far the best salon in Shorewood, and the Milwaukee area for that matter! I drive from Wauwatosa to see her because of her fabulous technique and meticulous work. Elif's Zen Salon is the most chic and relaxing salon!!!

Zen is by far the best salon, NO CONTEST! Elif is amazing, I fully trust her with anything she wants to do with my hair and it always comes out looking beautiful no matter what she does. I'm not sure about everyone out there but myself personally, I don't get to go online and check emails and such until late because once I get out of work it's dinner time, bath time for the kiddies, and then trying to get them down for bed. My unwind time and me time is usually in the evenings. Maybe that is the case with others out there? I was lucky enough to have the day off today! At any rate, obviously both salons have clients that care so GO Harpo's and GO Zen! Both winners it seems. :)

I'll have to agree with Elle magazine. In their list of the top 100 salons in the country, only one from Wisconsin was named: Brio Salon. I've been a very lucky regular since a broken foot forced me away from my previous shop. It was my lucky day when I found Brio. They've recently moved from Audubon Court, which is why they're not yet well known in Fox Point - except, of course, for Elle magazine - and me. Better hurry, though - appointments are becoming tougher to get as the word about Brio's excellence gets out.
