The Shorewood High School Cross Country teams won the WIAA Sectional Race on Friday at Kern Park to advance to the 100th WIAA State Cross Country Meet in Wisconsin Rapids next week. Freshman Morgan Florsheim was the individual Sectional Champion. Abby Pech was 2nd, Haley Florsheim 5th, Madee Ferone 18th, Laura Gould 19th, Haley Holan 21st, and Angela Sperry 25th.

The boys were led by Charlie Stahl 2nd place, Sam Kuhlmann 6th place, Jacob Goldberg 8th, Alex MacKowski 9th, John Papke 11th, Tom Treacy 12th, and Jack Mauer 14th.
