Help Save Pets, an organization dedicated to finding adoptive families for homeless cats and dogs, needs volunteers to help house animals over holiday periods — puppies and kittens younger than 8 weeks or under two pounds, animals with special needs because of illness, neglect or abuse, and animals that become too stressed in a shelter environment.
